RedPoint Capital 2023-24 Interview Guide
Select candidates will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute interview between September 24th - September 29th. Analyst interviews will be conducted by their preferred theme head and a RedPoint Capital executive, and will include behavioural, technical, market, and theme-specific questions which can be found in the interview question package above. Associate and Senior Associate hiring will be on an ad-hoc basis with questions covering similar concepts, but with an increased difficulty. Associate and Senior Associate candidates are encouraged to refer to the analyst question bank as a guide for preparation.
