About RedPoint Advisory
Launched in 2022, the Advisory division of RedPoint Capital partners with a broad range of firms to deliver a wide range of pro-bono research projects and analyses, bringing new perspectives to firms and their investment processes as well as enabling our members to apply their learnings to real-life experiences. Mandate teams of 4-8 are assembled to complete deliverables encompassing investment due diligence, industry research, and transactional analysis, providing junior students with the opportunity to explore the industry and prepare for future careers in finance, while being supported by senior students who have completed internships. Through RedPoint Advisory, firms are also able to gain tailored support and advisory services depending on their specific project.

RPC’s global macro team provided comprehensive research to CTV news for broadcasting purposes in light of the 2022 Quebec elections.
Private Equity Due Diligence for Namakor Holdings - Project Guard
RPC’s private equity team assisted with due diligence and market analysis for a live LBO, leading to Namakor’s acquisition of Clotures Frontenac.
New Market Analysis (U.S. Industrial Real Estate) - Project Mountain
RPC’s real assets team performed thorough analysis and rankings of 5 target cities in the U.S. for potential industrial assets investments for the real estate acquisitions arm of Nicola Wealth ($14.2bn AUM).
